From the limited source that i can read from The Stars newspaper, the admin fees can be as low as 1% (applicable to all new, existing and "old" students). It in a form of package to choose from. Thus everyone will receive a new agreement and decide which "package" they want to take.
If you can wait, let me get a hand on that package and i will share with you what's my strategy. Its so fun to be able to borrow at 1% and yet legally take this money and invest into the capital market. Yahooooo!!!!
